Listings API is a product operated by Synup Corporation. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Listings API is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to those who visit listingsapi.com as well as customers, excluding end users of our billing and subscription platform which is owned and operated by Synup Corporation ("We", "Us" or "Our"). Information That We Collect

Synup Corporation processes your personal information (information that specifically identifies an individual or that is linked to information that identifies a specific individual) to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services. We don't collect any personal social media profiles. We are not responsible if any of the personal social media profiles provided to us.

However, please note that if an advertiser asks Listings API to show an advertisement to a certain audience and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The Listings API Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. D. Legal Obligations

Listings API Sales & Business Communications SMS

Listings API sales representatives may send SMS messages to individuals who explicitly opt in via a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox on our demo-request and contact forms at listingsapi.com.

Opt-in: Standalone SMS-consent checkbox at form submission. Unchecked by default; not required for form submission.
Message content: 1:1 follow-ups from a named sales representative in response to your inquiry. No automated marketing blasts.
Message frequency: Variable, based on your active conversation.
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data/consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected solely to enable the program described above.
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to SMS is not a condition of any Listings API purchase or service.

Legitimate Interests

As noted in the 'How We Use Your Personal Data' section of this notice, we occasionally process your personal information under the legitimate interests' legal basis. Where this is the case, we have carried out a thorough Legitimate Interests' Assessment (LIA) to ensure that we have weighed your interests and any risk posed to you against our own interests; ensuring that they are proportionate and appropriate. We use the legitimate interests' legal basis for processing direct marketing emailers / phone calls and have identified that our interests are to provide you with high quality, best in industry, performance support system to ease and improve user onboarding, support and training.

Upon request, we will endeavour to provide you with a complete copy of your personal data held or processed by us in a structured, commonly accepted, and machine-readable format. We have provided this as a part of service to download required data whenever needed by the customer themselves.

Listings API respects your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information.
