How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial runs on the Launch plan and needs a card to start. You get the full API for 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; otherwise the subscription converts to a paid Launch plan automatically.
Can I trial the Growth plan?
The free trial is on Launch. Most teams validate the integration on Launch first, then upgrade to Growth from the dashboard when they need more locations or throughput.
What counts as a location?
One business location managed through the API. Every location you create counts toward your plan limit: 4 on Launch, 25 on Growth, custom on Enterprise.
What is included in every plan?
The complete API surface: listings and citation sync, review tracking and responses, multi-channel posting, local analytics, the Python and Node SDKs, and the hosted MCP server. Plans differ only in locations, rate limits, and support.
Are there limits on API throughput and bulk operations?
Yes, they vary by plan. Launch runs at 10 requests per minute, Growth at 50, and Enterprise is negotiated with dedicated capacity. Limits are enforced per account. Over the limit returns HTTP 429 with retry_after_seconds, and the Python and Node SDKs honor it automatically. Bulk endpoints such as createBulkSocialPost and archiveLocations count as a single request each, which is what makes them the efficient path for large batches.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise plans are scoped to your location count, throughput needs, SLA, and support requirements. Reach out through our contact form and we will put a proposal together.
